Food Waste

The plant at Codford can take virtually any food derived waste product.

• Packaged waste, e.g. cellophane wrapped, plastic tubs, cardboard packets substandard, unwanted or out of date ready for the shop food. This is de-packaged through our state of the art waste reception plant.
• Animal by-products – we can take category 2 & 3 waste, not category 1 (direct from abbatoir).
• Clean, bulk waste.
• Liquid waste.
• Waste from households, restaurants, schools, hospitals and other institutions.

The business is working with a network of UK-based haulage companies that have the capability to offer a market leading 24-hour collection service. This includes tankers, bulkers, skips, roll-on/roll-off compactors and food waste bins (down to 400ml).
